APEX Mechanical was founded in June 2017 by three partners who shared a common vision for superior HVAC service. In those early days, the local community was central to our operations - literally! The founders used a local restaurant as their base, meeting there at the start and close of every workday to plan and coordinate the day's work.
From those humble beginnings, APEX has experienced rapid, intentional growth. Today, our operations include a fully stocked warehouse, a reliable fleet of vans, a large and growing team of expert technicians, and an office and administrative staff that keeps every operation running smoothly. While we may have outgrown our original meeting place, our commitment to community and unwavering service remains the core of everything we do.

Sal Marena, CEO/President
Founder and chief visionary of Apex, Sal claims over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. His vast technical knowledge and expertise have earned the unwavering loyalty of countless clients throughout the years. Driven by a personal passion for cars and an appreciation for finely tuned engineering, Sal is committed to staying at the forefront of technological innovation in HVAC.
Frank Marena, Vice President
Frank leverages a strong background in sales and logistics to drive daily operations at APEX. Known for his quick and strategic thinking, Frank is instrumental in orchestrating the complex daily activities of both our office and field teams. His passion for fostering growth, whether in his garden or among his employees, ensures APEX's continued expansion and success.
Eddy Polonia, Field Operations Manager
Eddy is a voracious learner who approaches complex challenges with enthusiasm and curiosity. As an avid cycler, he brings the same drive and momentum to his role at APEX, where he serves as a technical expert and creative problem solver. Eddy is highly valued for his skills in leadership and mentorship, playing a vital role in developing and guiding the entire team of technicians at APEX.
